FDC Holdings have recently just finished a host refurbishments, on various buildings and offices that we let out, over the last 12 months and have spent in the region of £100,000.oo!
Recent refurbishments that include:
- 45 new double PVC windows for the main office block on Moorland Gate Business Park
- New carpets in every office for the main office block
- All the brick work sand blasted and sealed
- New signs for the business park
- New fire doors
- Landscaping
The next bit of refurbishment on the list will be to tarmac the whole sites roads and walk ways! Something for summer 2014.
