Aiming to provide the highest levels of service quality for all its markets, pallet distribution specialist FDC (Holdings) Ltd has announced the appointment of a new Member Company to cover the entire of Scotland, bringing additional resource and expertise to The Pallet Network.

FDC has introduced a series of high achieving companies into its well-established network over the past 12 months, including next day parcel delivery company Giant, Aspray24. The latest recruit this time is Based in Inverness, whose credentials are well proven – the company lifted the road haulage industry’s prestigious Scottish Haulage Company of the Year award at the recent annual Transport News Scottish Rewards event.

Founded in 1976, the Inverness depot is a family owned freight transport business with a reputation for quality, reliability and flexibility – three of the key operational philosophies of The Pallet Network and FDC.

FDC’s partnership with the new Scottish Highlands depot is not only a benefit for broadening the horizon of business and various other opportunities, that are a given with an expanding network in demand for next day pallet distribution services; but also because in the near future, FDC will be looking to offer its customers a guaranteed next day delivery service to the Scottish Highlands. A service that no other pallet carrier in the country can currently offer, at which the majority offer a 2-3 day service minimum.
